If you thought Shah Rukh Khan’s train stunt in RA.One, in which he jumps from one compartment to the next, is thrilling, wait till you see what was under wraps so far. In the same sequence guess who’s playing the engine driver? It’s SRK’s on-screen wife Kareena Kapoor who is operating the locomative, a la Sandra Bullocks who was in the driving seat in Speed.

Unlike some of her contemporaries, Kareena has never been keen on stunts. She had admitted in an earlier interview that before taking on the sci-fi fantasy or even beau Saif Ali Khan’s spy adventure, Agent Vinod, she made a pre-condition that she would not do any stunts. “I hate action and won’t ever do an action movie. That’s not me at all, I’m a song-and-dance girl,” she had asserted, and so far while promoting RA.One has been saying that Shah Rukh and Arjun Rampal are doing all the thrills while she is gyrating to Akon’s songs.

However, Shahana Goswami who plays a video game designer and SRK’s colleague in the movie, let’s the cat out of the bag by pointing out that Kareena is very much a part of this action sequence. “Trains are the heartline of Mumbai and this sequence gives us a feel of the city in motion,” says the actor who is excited about pairing up with the superstar superhero for the first time.

The sequence has already been in the news following a frowning objection from the city’s Government Railway Police that is afraid that teenagers may try to emulate Shah Rukh’s stunts and this may lead to fatal accidents. They have recently launched a campaign against foolhardy acts on a moving train and want a disclaimer put in the movie warning youngsters against replicating the same.

Meanwhile, we will see Kareena do more than a ‘mujra’ in Agent Vinod that is gearing up for release next year. She will be seen hanging from a helicopter during the film’s climax and for Reema Kagti’s as yet-untitled cop caper co-starring Aamir Khan, she is undergoing special training for an underwater fight sequence.
