While speaking at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit on October 31, 2009, Kareena Kapoor revealed her fitness mantra.
"I was never a size zero," said the Kurbaan actress. "That was a term coined by people...."
Pointing out that she was still a strict vegetarian, Kareena said she reduced her food intake gradually, but did not stop having her various meals each day.
She also said that the secret of her slim figure is yoga, and not a gym workout. "I can do 100 suryanamaskars in a day. When I started out, I could do just eight or nine."
Actor Saif Ali Khan was also present at the Summit, being aired live on Network18's channels. He spoke about falling in love with Kareena because of her look and her smile. "Saifu, don't embarrass me," Kareena said.
